Seen at a slow motion.
.1 When the variation of the moon phase velocity is reduced, this allows also that everything can be seen at a slow motion, and appreciate the alternation of stretches of time - say, of 5 or 15 minutes each - where nothing special appears to take place, with others, where peculiar phenomena become visible.
.2

It is as if only some of the discrete values of angular velocity of the Moon with regard to the Earth are “useful”, with respect to the configurative state of the water at a given moment, and trigger some configurational changes.

Example: 2007 march 24 (near a “point b”).
Lusenzo 2007-03-24 u0600: spatiole B u0508; moon decl. N 27°46; eq t +6'30"; window u0631; moon phase angular velocity deltins 366.6015; variation <+0.025 [25/600000 of degree/hr]; with regard to the reference water level: cm. -13.
