The two variables of the recovering of viability in seeds.
The optimal circumstances for a grain to recover viability.
.1 From the results of experiments, I have inferred that the best events of recovering of seed viability - in terms of the final results - can take place when they get either to a “point a”, or to a “point c” with a low dotation of orderly EFAs; better still if they are under the viability threshold.
.2 In the process of restoring their viability, the seeds poor in viability, or even unable to germinate, seem the most favoured. They even give life to much better plants, than those from seeds, already perfectly viable before the onset of a recovering period. Though only on given particular conditions.
Variation of viability, warranty of longevity.
.3 It is as if the seeds must reduce their viability, to improve it.
.4 One cannot rule out that, the seeds reduce their degree of viability, as a process to maintain it on the long term, a warranty of longevity.

Slow acceleration of the moon phase velocity.
.5 One of the key answers received is that all the living seeds, either perfectly viable, or devoid of enough orderly EFAs, may recover degrees of viability; and that, above all when the acceleration of the lunar phase velocity is slow.
.6 That would increase the time during which useful frequencies of movement - offered by the Moon, which would generate the “action d” (see insert D, page 4, §7) - may trigger dissipative reactions in the EFAs molecules in seeds.
Recall from page 1.3 (effect on the water figures)
Like with an old fashion radio set.
It is something analogous to how you tune in an old fashion radio set, when you turn the knob across an entire frequency band.
If you rotate it slowly, and linger on a definite used frequency, for a minute or two, you would have the chance to listen to bits of conversation, to some music notes, etc.
Instead, if you turn it in a swift manner, at the rapid passage of each frequency which corresponds to a radio station, it will manifest itself by a short noise, without any usefulness.
Two variables of the dissipative reactions.
.10 When the seeds restore their viability, two variables favour the dissipative reactions.
.11 These depend (1) on the quantity of the dissipative flux that may be tapped, ...
.12 ... (2) during the time a useful frequency of movement is offered, when the moon phase velocity is increasing.
Interchangeable variables.
.13 The two variables are interchangeable, like the two variables - global warming, and the passage of time – when the seeds reduce their viability, during the decrease of moon phase velocity.
.14 If the increase of the moon phase velocity is not slow enough, it can be compensated with more dissipative flow, in a conditioned greenhouse.
